schlott gruppe AG, at present under provisional insolvency proceedings, has to defer the General Shareholders’ Meeting for an indefinite time, because the funds required for preparation and realisation of the meeting have not been approved by the provisional insolvency administrator. Due to the fact, that the opening of insolvency proceedings is expected to take place on April, 1st 2011, the period October 1st 2010 to March 31st 2011 will represent a shortened fiscal year. In the course of insolvency proceedings after April 1st 2011 the insolvency administrator will finally decide the issues concerning realisation of General Shareholders’ Meeting as well as announcement of end-of-year figures.
