Management Board

Bernd Rose is the chairman of the board and is responsible for sales and company development. He has spent his professional career exclusively in the printing and publishing industry and has a profound knowledge of the media business.

Bernd Rose was the former managing director at Klambt-Druck GmbH and has been with schlott since 1994. In 1996 he became managing director and became a member of the board one year later. Since 2000, Bernd Rose has been chairman of the board. At this time he does not exercise any supervisory board mandates.

Heiko Arnold has been responsible for the area of financing/treasury, controlling, investor relations, personnel, IT and business administration. He was previously the financial director at TA Triumph-Adler AG and has many years of experience in the areas of controlling, business financing, M&A and the integration of acquired companies as well as capital market communications. At present, Heiko Arnold does not exercise any supervisory board mandates.

Joachim Kühn has been responsible for production, technology, purchasing, and information technology on the management board since April 2010. After having trained as a printer, studied printing technology at the Stuttgart Media University (Hochschule für Druck und Medien, Stuttgart), and completed extra-occupational studies in business administration at St. Gallen University. Mr Kühn held many positions in production enterprises, in an advisory role and as managing director.
He joined the schlott gruppe in November 2008 as technical leader of the gravure works. At present, Joachim Kühn does not exercise any supervisory board mandates.
