We have now developed innovative solutions to produce a number of folding and punching methods (which were previously only possible with offset printing or through elaborate processing) in intaglio.

Press cut and perforating – inline with intaglio
Address labels and contour cut-outs or perforations can be individually placed on your advertising material. The know-how with schlott gruppe provides creative leeway for windows, collection cards, coupons and response elements in supplements, inserts, prospects and client magazines.

Applying response elements – inline with intaglio
Do you want to raise awareness and get responses? Cards and postcards are successful instruments for this. We integrate these products inline into your advertising material and can also provide perforated and /or double cards or coupons. We are able to optimally regionalise your advertising material through imprinting. For example, you can print the closest branch address in each region and therefore evaluate different customer reactions.

Special folding – with intaglio
Special folds enhance your advertising material’s potential for grabbing attention and can be produced inline with the intaglio procedure. This provides creative “eye catchers” on your response elements by choosing zigzag folded pop-ups for coupons or order forms for example.
