Freudenstadt, 11 March 2005. EKS Beteiligungs-GmbH, Garmisch-Partenkirchen/Germany, has notified schlott gruppe of the fact that its shareholding in the company has dropped below the threshold of 10 per cent and currently stands at 9.1 per cent. A total of 135,000 shares were sold in the course of the latest placement of the shareholdings of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG.

EKS Beteiligungs-GmbH has been accompanying schlott gruppe since its MBO in 1992. In the past, changes to the ownership interest held by EKS had been attributable solely to changes in the capital structure of schlott gruppe as the result of acquisitions.
