On December 3, 2004, Deutsche Börse announced the inclusion of schlott gruppe AG in the German SDAX following its quarterly review of the index’s composition. The inclusion of schlott Gruppe AG will come into force on December 20, 2004. The company welcomes the decision by Deutsche Börse and is confident that its SDAX listing will further enhance the attractiveness of its shares.
