For fiscal year 2008/9 compensation of the Members of the Supervisory Board amounted to €243 thousand. Members receive € 15 thousand per year, the Chairman €30 thousand and the Deputy Chairman €22.5 thousand; for every membership in any of the Committees, with the exception of the Arbitration and Nomination Committees, Members receive an additional €5 thousand.
For Dr. Herbert Pototzky exists a fully re-insured pension commitment of €59 thousand. The compensation and other benefits granted to the individual members of the Supervisory Board is being reported in the annual report 2008/9 of schlott gruppe AG.
